3. Payment and Billing

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. All services are paid in advance at the time of order. There are no automatic renewals unless explicitly stated.

4. Account Suspension

Accounts are only suspended or terminated in cases involving fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Suspended accounts are refunded in full, consistent with our 100% refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our VPS services for:

• Cryptocurrency mining

• Adult or pornographic content

• Network attacks, penetration testing, or similar activities
  Any account found in violation will be suspended and refunded.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund within 31 days of your original purchase, regardless of the reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, and service architecture are the intellectual property of XPLORE LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

XPLORE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user within the last 30 days of the incident.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
